    We have different gifts range, from 2d-3d crystal gifts to color printed crystal gifts, all are customized gifts, please follow below steps to make your crafts:

    1) Select the crystal shape, size, custom messages and pictures you like then process the order. 

    2) The product artwork will be sent to your email in 24 hours for approval.

    3) Final product will be shipped to the delivery address in 3 to 7 working days.

2. What image should I upload?

    We accept any 2d images in jpeg format, to ensure high quality turn out, we suggest you choose an image which is clear to us. If the image quality is not good enough, we will inform you to offer another one.

 
3. But if my image is an old photo, can I make it?

   The old photo is a special memorial moment, we are able to enhance your photo come back to life by using a variety of  software tools, if we have any concerns about the image, we will contact you. 

 
4. What crystal material you use?

    All our crystal material are top high-quality K9 crystal, it’s optically transparent and clear, make the crystal magic for it, it will give you a magic crystal gift back.

 
5. How long can I get the finished crystal gifts?

    We deliver worldwide, and the receiving time is different from your states, Standard time as below:

    The United States, 3-5 business days process, 3-5 days for shipping

    Europe countries, 3-5 business days process, 10-15 days for shipping

    In other countries, 3-5 business days process, more than 20 days for shipping

6. Can I add text into my crystal?

    Yes, no matter what crystal product you choose, you can add the text you want, and if you have a special or long text request, you also can email us.

7. How do I clean my crystal?

   1) Use glass cleaner to remove dust.

   2).Use glass cleaning clot or else soft cloth to dry it. Do not use paper towels or any other rough materials, as these might scratch the surface.

   3) Sit back and bask in the brilliance of your sparkling crystal.
